Description

Lamport Hall Dairy is a dairy building, likely from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of limestone ashlar and regular coursed lias, topped with a wood shingle roof. The building has an octagonal plan and is a single storey. It features casement windows with leaded lights, some of which include coloured glass, positioned on alternate faces. There is a 19th-century plank door at the front and a blank door opening at the rear, which displays a coat of arms in the centre. The roof is conical. Inside, there are stone shelves around the walls. This building is included for its group value with Lamport Hall.
