Description
The dovecote and attached walls, located approximately 20 metres east of Manor Farmhouse, date from the late 17th century. They are constructed from squared coursed limestone and have a square plan with two stages, featuring a raised band between the stages. There is a small square-headed doorway and two-light stone mullion windows on the south and east faces. The dovecote has no roof, and the interior was not inspected. Some parts of the attached walls have built-up coping and form two sides of a former walled garden associated with Manor Farmhouse. These walls are also part of the former garden layout, extending approximately 100 metres southeast of Manor Farmhouse.
