Description

Metcalfe Farmhouse is a 17th-century building that was refronted in the 18th century. The road-facing side is made of colour-washed brick, while the rest of the structure is built from red brick. It features an old tiled roof with overhanging eaves and has two storeys. On the first floor, there are restored casement windows, arranged from left to right as a 3-light, a 2-light, and two 3-light windows. The ground floor has one 3-light window, one 2-light window, and two 3-light windows, most of which are in restored openings.
