Description

The Dean Cottages are a group of dwellings, originally dating to the 17th century, which were later significantly altered in the 19th century. The cottages were subsequently divided into three separate homes. They are constructed of colour-washed brick, with red brick detailing at each end, and are roofed with old tiles. The cottages are two storeys high. The first floor has a variety of windows, including two-light, three-light and single-light casements. The ground floor features a modern timber porch and a mix of casements and bay windows; these include one two-light window, several bays, and further windows of two, three and single-light configurations.
