Description
The Pepper Boxes and Bridge over the River Wye, dating from the 18th century, features square turrets made of flint rubble with raised quoins and cornices. The turrets have hipped roofs covered with old tiles and topped with tall finials. Each turret includes a brick panel that contains a door leading to the road. The structure flanks a bridge constructed of flint rubble and brick, which has a solid parapet.
