The stone sign post at the east end of West Wycombe village marks the junction of the roads to London, Oxford, and Aylesbury. This 18th-century milestone is designed as a short column with a base stone and a ball finial. It features inscriptions indicating the distances in miles to various locations: 30 miles to the City, 22 miles to the University, and 15 miles to the County Town.
