Description

Iver Croft is an early 19th-century refronting of a 17th-century house. The building is cement rendered and colour-washed, topped with an old tile hipped roof that features a parapet. It stands two storeys tall, with the first floor showcasing four sash windows. The ground floor includes a door with a modern surround of pilasters, one sash window, a former door that has been converted into a two-light false sash, and another sash window. All windows are fitted with glazing bars. At the rear, there is an old brick ridge stack with four shafts.
