Description

This is an 18th-century building comprising two adjacent structures, Copthall and Little Copthall, located on Iver High Street. Copthall is constructed of red brick with a machine tile-hipped roof. It is two storeys and has an attic, featuring two dormers. The first floor has three sash windows, one of which is bricked in. The ground floor also contains three sash windows. A door with a hood supported by brackets is located on the left-hand side wall. Little Copthall has an old tile mansard roof concealed behind a stone-coped parapet and is two storeys high. It features a single sash window on each of the ground and first floors, along with a single dormer window in the roof.
