Description

Arbory Cottage is a 17th-century building that has been altered and restored. It features red-blue brick construction and an old tile roof, and it stands two storeys tall. The first floor has two 2-light windows with drip moulds and leaded lights, set beneath barge boarded gables that extend into the roof. The ground floor includes a gabled brick Tudor porch and three 2-light casements with diamond-paned leaded lights, all of which are topped with cambered brick relieving arches. To the left, there is a two-storeyed addition that is tile-hung. The cottage has a large stack at the west end and another stack at the rear.
