Description

Stoke End Cottage is a building that may date back to the 16th century, although it has been significantly restored and has had additions made to it. The structure is designed in a T-plan and is constructed of red brick with an old tile roof. The left-hand leg of the 'T' is timber-framed. The cottage is one storey high with an attic, featuring two restored gabled dormers. The right-hand end of the 'T' arm has tile-hanging on the first floor. The windows are restored casement types with glazing bars.
