Description

The dovecote at Kennel Farm is a large circular structure, likely built in the 18th century. It is made of brick, currently colourwashed, but originally red with a black header pattern. The building features a plain doorway and has a small stepped cornice beneath a later low-pitched roof that is covered with slates. Inside, there is a regular arrangement of brick ledges and nesting boxes for the pigeons.
