Description

Chandlers Cottage is a building dating from 1766, constructed of red and grey brick with an old tile roof and a cut and moulded brick cornice. It stands two storeys high. The central entrance of No 84 features a six-panel door flanked by horizontal sliding casements, all topped with segmental arches. There are two canted oriel windows on the first floor. No 86 has two similar casements on each floor, with the upper ones featuring wooden lintels. Nos 88 and 90 have a modern shop window and door on the ground floor, with two horizontal sliding casements above, also with wooden lintels.
