Description
Shepherd's Close is a 16th-century building that has been altered over time. It features a timber-framed structure with red brick nogging and an old tile roof, designed in an L-shape. The building is two storeys high. On the long arm of the left side, there is a two-storey gabled projection. The ground floor includes an oak board door, while the first floor has a two-light casement window. At the corner between the L and the projection, there is one two-light and one four-light casement on the ground floor, with a two-light casement and a gabled dormer on the first floor. The short arm on the left side has two two-light casements on the first floor and one four-light casement on the ground floor. Inside, there is a small two-storey hall featuring a king post roof truss.
