Description
The east wing to the Manor was built in 1920, designed by architect Philip Tilden. It is a two-storey structure made of stone and timber framing, topped with a tiled roof. The courtyard side, which connects to the northeast end of the Manor, features an overhanging upper floor, with four windows on the ground floor and a central cart entrance. The first-floor windows are set between timber studs. The east elevation is made of stone and includes two-light mullioned windows. On the north elevation facing Frogmore Lane, the wing adjoins the gatehouse and has two three-light stone mullioned windows on the ground floor, along with three five-light windows on the first floor that create a continuous range.
