Description
This is a village school built in 1878, constructed from red brick and stone with blue bands in the gables and plain tile roofs. The main south front features separate entries for boys on the left and girls on the right. There are two prominent gables with tall pointed stone windows. The central section has two gables with pointed head 3-light mullion and transom windows, along with a 3-light mullioned window on each side. To the right, there is a pointed arched door with a 3-light window above it and a half-hipped bell gable above that. An inscription across the front reads 'Stoke Poges and Wexham Elementary Schools 1878'. The west side displays similar architectural details.
