Description

Manor Cottages, located on Main Street in Turweston, date from 1638 and 1873 and have been altered over time. The building is constructed of rubble stone and features a slate roof with brick end stacks. It stands two storeys high and has three eaves-breaking dormers. The structure consists of two bays, with modern steel casements in the left-hand bay and dormers. The right-hand bay showcases stone mullioned windows with hood-moulds, including a four-light window on the ground floor and a three-light window above, positioned over two central doors that have date stones above them. There is a lean-to at the eastern end of the building.
