Description
St. David's is a house from the early to mid-18th century, constructed of flint with brick dressings and topped with an old tile roof. It features a central brick chimney and a lobby entry with a staircase projection extending to the rear, along with later rear outshots. The building has two storeys and an attic, consisting of two bays. It has a plinth with chequered offsets and a first-floor band that includes a central course of glazed brick. The windows are paired barred wooden casements with segmental heads on the ground floor, which also has chequered detailing. Above, on the first floor, there is a similar window located above a 20th-century gabled flint and brick porch that features arched stained glass windows. To the left, there is a later altered doorway with a sash window, while a 20th-century extension is set back to the left and a small shed is set back to the right. The rear outshots include large 20th-century dormer windows. Inside, the house has spine beams with narrow stopped chamfers, a winder stair, and old board doors.
