Description
No. 10 is a small house located in Church End, Drayton Parslow. It likely dates from the 17th century, with alterations made in the 18th century and an extension added in the early 19th century. The house features irregularly chequered brickwork and a thatched roof that has a hip on the left side, along with flanking brick chimneys.
The two earlier bays on the left have one and a half storeys, with upper windows that have thatch eyebrows. The taller bay on the right has two storeys. The left bays are fitted with 20th-century paired leaded casements, with the ground floor windows featuring timber lintels. The right bay includes a three-light casement with a cambered head and a central leaded pane on the ground floor, a paired barred 19th-century wooden casement on the first floor, and a 20th-century ledged door with a cambered head to the left.
