Nos 83, 85, and 87 on High Street are 18th-century buildings that have been altered. They are constructed of red and grey brick, with some areas colourwashed, and feature a timber-framed gable on the north side elevation. The buildings have old tiled roofs and are two storeys high. On the first floor, there are five sash windows: one single light and four triple light, with two of the windows lacking glazing bars and two retaining them. No 83 has a ground floor sash window with glazing bars and a cut bracketed door hood. No 85 has a 19th-century shop front, while No 87 has a modern shop front. Nos 83 to 91 (odd) form a group.
