Description
The boundary walls to the south of Chilton House, which enclose the kitchen garden and garage court, date from the 18th century. The east wall, facing Thame Road, features a lower section made of rubblestone and an upper section constructed of brick. In the center of this wall is a four-centred stone arched gateway with stone jambs. The south and west walls are made of rubblestone, standing about 10 feet high, and are lined with brick on the inner face. The walls are topped with tiled copings.
