Description
Nos. 3 and 5 Temple Square are 18th-century buildings that stand three storeys tall. They are constructed of brick rendered in cement and feature a dentilled brick cornice and an old tiled roof. The second floor has two windows, while the first floor has four windows, and the ground floor has two large modern windows. The entrances consist of two panel doors set in segmental openings, adorned with radiating fanlights and frames supported by small engaged fluted columns. At the back of No. 3, which is part of the Queen's Head Inn, there is some timber framework and a 17th-century chimney. Inside No. 5, there is 18th-century panelling and an early oak battened door. All listed buildings in Temple Square form a group.
