  1. Early C18. 2 storeys and attic. Colour-washed brick. String at 1st floor level. Heavy modillioned wood eaves cornice. Hipped old tile roof. Corner building with one end facing Temple Street, and side facing Temple Square. Temple Street front has 1 window on 1st floor, and on ground floor C18 shallow bow window to left hand with fluted surround, plain frieze and cornice and door to right hand in rich doorcase of fluted Corinthian pilasters with carved capitals supporting elaborately carved console brackets and flat moulded wood hood. The Temple Square front has 2 dormers 2 windows with moulded frames and 1 later door. Moulded ceiling beams to interior possibly C16. Externally this building is a good example of an early C18 small town house.

All the listed buildings on the south-west side of Temple Street form a group.
