Description
The stable and hayloft adjacent to the Friends Meeting House was built in the early 19th century to accommodate visitors to the Meeting House. It is constructed from coursed rubble stone and features stone slate roofs, with two storeys. The south front has two stable doorways, each topped with a stone lintel, and a single breather-slit between them, along with three additional breathers above. The north front includes a single central stable window under a stone lintel, with two loft doorways above that have plank doors. This building was constructed at the same time as the adjacent Meeting House and is listed for its group value with it.
