Description
High Wardses Bridge is a private road bridge over the River Rawthey, likely built in the 18th century. It is constructed of roughly-coursed mixed rubble with sandstone copings. The bridge features a high, almost semicircular arch made of rubble voussoirs, and has slightly pitched parapets with flat coping. The deck is flat, and there is a 20th-century concrete flood channel at the west end.
