Description
This barn, located approximately 60 meters south-west of Dandra Garth, is likely from the 18th century. It is constructed from coursed sandstone rubble, featuring shallow quoins and some through-stones, topped with a stone slate roof that has red ridge tiles. The barn has a rectangular shape oriented on an east-west axis and faces south. It has two low storeys, with a central doorway, another doorway at the left end, and two square loading doors for the loft. The interior has not been inspected. This barn is part of a significant group of farm buildings that includes Dandra Garth and another barn located about 30 meters south of Dandra Garth.
