Description

This is a late 18th-century farm building. It is constructed of coursed rubble with a stone slate roof. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. Quoins are present. On the ground floor, from left to right, there is a window, a board door set in an ashlar surround, steps leading up to a first-floor doorway, and then a board door and window beneath a curved timber lintel with a dripstone. The first floor has a central board door in a chamfered quoined ashlar surround, flanked by smaller window openings. Shaped kneelers and ashlar coping are also visible. The building is included in the listing for its group value.
