Description
Averys is a building consisting of two parallel wings, with the front wing dating from the 18th century. It is two storeys tall with an attic and features three windows along the front. There are two dormers as well. The exterior is faced with flints and has red brick dressings, quoins, and an eaves cornice with cogging. A stringcourse made of red brick and grey headers runs along the building. The roof is tiled. The ground floor has ordinary sash windows with intact glazing bars, while the upper floor features horizontally sliding sash windows.
