Description

South Pond House is an 18th-century house located on the east side of South Street, Midhurst. It is stuccoed above a stone base and has a hipped slate roof. The original glazing bars remain intact. The house features two modern curved bay windows on the ground floor, a doorway with pilasters, a projecting cornice, and a rectangular fanlight. The building is two storeys high with an attic, containing three windows. A large, modern dormer has been added to the roof. The building demonstrates group value in this streetscape.
