Description
The Gate House is a building dating from the 18th century, located on the south side of Edinburgh Square in Midhurst. It has been converted into flats. The front facade is faced with grey headers and red brick dressings, featuring quoins, stringcourses, a dentilled eaves cornice, and decorative panels between the windows. An ashlar plinth supports the building. The roof is tiled. The windows retain their keyblocks and original glazing bars. A doorway is topped by a flat hood supported by brackets. The rear elevation is stuccoed and includes two gables.
