Description

Northgate is an early 19th-century house divided into two sections. It stands two storeys high and features three windows. The building is constructed of painted brick and has a tiled roof, with intact glazing bars. The north end of the house is of a lower elevation and includes horizontally-sliding sash windows, along with a tent-shaped canopy over the ground floor, suggesting it may have once functioned as a shop. The south front is tile-hung and has a curved bay, also topped with a tent-shaped canopy.
