Description

47 and 48 Chichester Road is a mid-19th century building located in Mid Lavant, part of the Goodwood Estate. It is known locally as the Dukery style and features a half H-plan design. The building has two storeys and four windows. Its exterior is made of coursed flints with red brick dressings, quoins, and dripstones above the windows. The roof is tiled, and there are casement windows. The outer window bays project and have gables above them.
