Description

49 and 50 Chichester Road is a mid-19th century building located on the west side of Chichester Road in Lavant. This structure is known locally as the Dukery style and features a half H-plan design. It stands two storeys tall and has four windows. The exterior is constructed from coursed flints with red brick dressings, including quoins and dripstones above the windows. The roof is tiled, and the building has casement windows. The outer window bays project and are topped with gables.
