Description
These are four cottages situated on the south side of the High Street in Petworth. They likely date from the 17th century. The cottages are two storeys high and feature six windows in total. They are constructed from stone rubble and have a tiled roof. Casement windows are present. A prominent feature is a tall, round-headed archway positioned centrally, which has been partially filled in to create a room at first-floor level.
