Description

These three cottages, numbered 330 (The Cottage), 331 (Mullins Cottage), and 332, form a single building located on the west side of Grove Street in Petworth, within the Leconfield Estate. The building presents an 18th-century facade to what is believed to be an older core structure. It is two storeys high and has five windows. Number 330 is faced with ashlar stone, featuring red brick dressings and quoins; number 331 is entirely of red brick; and number 332 is built of red brick with grey brick headers. The roof is tiled, and the windows are casement type.
