Description
Nos 328 A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, K, L, and M on the Leconfield Estate (Percy Row) are a mid-19th century terrace of twelve almshouse-type houses. The buildings are two storeys tall and feature twelve windows. They are constructed of stone rubble with red brick dressings, quoins, and a stringcourse, incorporating grey headers. The roofs are tiled, and there are prominent red brick chimney stacks with two round-headed recesses on the north and south sides, as well as one on the east and west sides. The houses have casement windows and six pairs of gabled porches with round-headed archways. At each end of the terrace, there is a pentice section with one ground floor window and scalloped wooden eaves.
