Description

West Lavant Farmhouse, dated 1711, is a two-storey building with an attic and features five windows along with two additional window spaces. It is constructed of red brick, with the central window bay projecting and topped with a pediment. A brick stringcourse runs along the building, and there is a plastered coved eaves cornice. The glazing bars are intact. A 19th-century gabled brick porch is present, which contains a doorway featuring a semicircular fanlight and a door with six moulded panels. The north and south walls are faced with squared knapped flints.
