Description

56 and 57 Chichester Road is a mid-19th century building located in Lavant, known locally as the Dukery style. It has a half H-plan layout and stands two storeys tall with four windows. The exterior features coursed flints with red brick dressings, quoins, and dripstones above the windows. The roof is tiled, and the windows are casement style. The outer window bays project slightly and have gables above them.
