Description

Burchs is a house, likely dating from the 18th century or earlier. It was formerly part of the Goodwood Estate, designated numbers 44 and 45. The house has two storeys and originally had four windows. The front is faced with flints and dressings and features quoins, with some patches of red brick. The north-west front is mostly brick. A cornice runs along the eaves. A hipped tiled roof covers the structure. Casement windows are present. A modern porch has been added to the back of the house, on the north-west side.
