Description

Stoer Cottage, also known as No 58 Mid Lavant, and Filkins, or No 59 Mid Lavant, is a building from the 18th century that was formerly part of the Goodwood Estate. It is two storeys high and features three windows. The exterior is faced with squared knapped flints, complemented by red brick dressings, quoins, and a stringcourse. The roof is tiled, and the windows are casement style.
