Description

Tye Oak Farmhouse is an 18th-century house located on Nyewood Road, East Harting. The house is largely built of clunch, with the east front finished in roughcast. It has a modillion eaves cornice. The southern half features a two-storied bay window. The original glazing bars remain in place. A porch with Tuscan columns and a pediment, containing a doorway with a semi-circular fanlight, is a prominent feature. The main facade has three windows in addition to the bay window.
