Chanctonbury Lodge is a restored 17th century or earlier timber-framed building with modern red brick infilling. The ground floor has been rebuilt in brick and stone. The center of the first floor extends beyond the walls, while the ends have been underbuilt. The building features a hipped tiled roof and casement windows. It has two storeys and six windows.
