The Old Clergy House is a 17th-century or earlier timber-framed cottage located on Polegate in Alciston. Originally known as Priest Cottage, the lower ground floor has been rebuilt using red brick. The roof is thatched. The windows are casement windows. The cottage is two storeys high with two windows.
