Description
Old Hoyle Cottage and Rose Cottage is a single building from the 18th century. It is constructed of ashlar with red brick dressings, featuring quoins, a stringcourse, and a modillion eaves cornice. The southernmost window bay is entirely made of red brick and is likely an addition. The building has a tiled roof and casement windows, along with a modern gabled porch. It stands two storeys high and has four windows.
