Description
Hoyle Farmhouse is a 16th-century house built on a square plan, with wings added later. The walls of the original part are made of squared malmstone rubble, featuring freestone dressings. It has four-centred doorways at the entrances and a tiled roof. The windows are casements with stone mullions and moulded dripstones. The house is two storeys high and has three windows. There are later additions that are tile-hinged. Inside, the farmhouse features contemporary panelling, brick fireplaces, a curved overmantel, and a staircase.
