Description

No. 145 Park Lane is an L-shaped building from the early 19th century that originally served as the stables for the Dower House or West Dean Cottage. It stands two storeys high and features two windows. The exterior is faced with flints, accented by red brick dressings and quoins, and it has a tiled roof. The windows are casement style with Gothic panes. In 1987, the building began conversion into a student hostel for West Dean College.
