Description
Mallards Mere is an early 18th century house that stands two storeys high and features three windows. The building has a high-pitched tiled roof that slopes down to the door level at the back, except where the first floor has been extended to create additional living space. At the back, there are three gabled dormers. The walls are made of malmstone, while the front is constructed of red brick with a pattern of blue headers. The windows are early 19th century, consisting of two and three-light casements with a single bar, set under segmental brick arches. Some of the windows have external shutters. There is a brick porch with a tiled gable and steps leading up to the door.
