Description
Chapel Cottage is a 16th-century cottage that stands two storeys high with an attic and features three windows that are arranged irregularly. The cottage has a fairly steeply pitched tiled roof with a dormer located only at the rear. Its walls are constructed of malmstone with brick dressings. The windows are modern casements set beneath segmental brick arches. At the rear, there is an old brick porch with steps leading up inside it. To the east, there is a modern addition. Notably, at the south-east corner, there is a high, curved old brick wall with moulded coping, which used to connect the cottage with the now-demolished Heath House.
