Description
Vale House, formerly known as Nos 13 and 14, is a building that dates back to 1790 and was part of the Goodwood Estate. It is two storeys high and features two windows. The exterior is faced with flints set in galletting, complemented by a red brick modillion eaves cornice. The roof is hipped and tiled. The building has casement windows and a gabled porch that contains two doorways. The date 1790 and the Richmond arms are depicted in stone within the gable.
