Cobdens is a former row of three cottages that has been converted into a single house. It dates back to the 16th century and features a timber-framed structure with painted brick infilling and diagonal braces on the first floor. The building has a hipped thatched roof and is adorned with casement windows. There is also a porch supported by wooden columns, which is topped with a thatched roof.
