Description

Cocking Park is a building that has been converted into two cottages. It dates from the 17th century or earlier and features a timber-framed structure that has been refaced. The northern half is finished with clunch and red brick dressings and quoins, while the southern half is entirely made of red brick. The building has a hipped tiled roof and includes casement windows. It stands two storeys high and has five windows in total.
